Sen. Francis "Chiz" Escudero may have unwittingly portrayed himself as a political "kingmaker" when he endorsed the candidacies of two of his good friends, Sen. Benigno "Noynoy" Aquino III of the Liberal Party and Makati Mayor Jejomar Binay of the Pwersa ng Masang Pilipino, An Waray party-list Rep. Florencio "Bem" Noel, said yesterday.
"It was a viable endorsement. Pina-kikinggan siya (Chiz) ng tao," said Noel, a common friend of Aquino and Escudero. "Ako mismo naramdaman ko ang effect ng endorsement niya ng An Waray."
